Life Gauge:  The Foundation has created a quality of life report for East Baton Rouge. It tells us where we are, how far we've come, where we need to go.

Our generous fund donors provide money to help charities in the region and to fund vital projects in the community. They have paid for thousands of initiatives, such as revival plans for downtown, a program to create experimental schools, poetry workshops, services for the abused, underwriting for the Shaw Center for the Arts.

Our members support the essential functions of their Foundation. They help to pay for the daily operations that turn the gears of our work in the community. They also get invited to special events and inside information on what's happening in the community. They also feel good about themselves.

Nonprofit survey
The Foundation is testing software that allows donors to research nonprofit organizations and make online grant recommendations. The software will increase connectivity between nonprofits and donors. To prepare for launch of the Northstar software, we request nonprofits take a few minutes to submit updated information regarding their work.
