Investment Performance
Our assets include real estate, stocks and bonds and investments in Louisiana venture capital funds. Most of the real estate is held in the Wilbur Marvin Foundation, a supporting nonprofit, and managed by Commercial Properties Realty Trust.
Operating budget
The Foundation's operating budget is funded by fees for services on charitable accounts and memberships, which underwrite our civic leadership projects. Our operating budget is about $3.5 million. More details of the operating budget and finances are in our 990 forms and audits.
