Projects
The Foundation’s civic leadership projects aim to turn South Louisiana on its head. These projects try to fundamentally change the direction of communities, such as retaking blighted areas and responding to rising seas that imperil our most cherished cities.
Below is a list of our ongoing projects, which are largely funded by our members. At the Foundation, civic leadership projects are overseen by John Spain, executive vice president, and John G. Davies, CEO and President. Mr. Spain manages long-term projects, while Mr. Davies takes on ones that are moved along quickly.
