The Baton Rouge Area Foundation offers free use of our conference center to area nonprofits. Please be sure to read our usage policies & reservation procedures before reserving a room.


We have two meeting rooms that seat up to eight participants, a large conference room that seats 75, and a spacious boardroom that can seat 25.

Conference center services include:

• Standard audio capabilities
• Complimentary coffee, soft drinks and bottled water
• Teleconferencing capabilities (extra fee for more than two parties)
• Long distance teleconferencing (extra fee)

Conference Center Hours:
(Conference hours changed March 23, 2009.) 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. Those interested in reserving the center are encouraged to schedule a tour of the facility before booking it.
