The Baton Rouge Area Foundation offers free use of our conference center to area nonprofits. Conference rooms can be reserved by completing the reservation request form. Please be sure to read our usage policies & reservation procedures.

We have two meeting rooms that seat up to eight participants, a large conference room that seats 75, and a spacious boardroom that can seat 25.

Conference center services include:

• Standard audio capabilities
• Complimentary coffee, soft drinks and bottled water
• Teleconferencing capabilities (extra fee for more than two parties)
• Long distance teleconferencing (extra fee)

Conference Center Hours:
(Conference hours changed March 23, 2009.) 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. Those interested in reserving the center are encouraged to schedule a tour of the facility before booking it.
