Downtown glimmers at night again. Communities between downtown and LSU have rekindled hope of prospering. Experimental schools have been created to help the public schools provide skills for the next generation of workers.

This remaking of the capital region and all of South Louisiana has one thing in common - the members of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. Their membership dollars allow the Foundation's staff to work each day on projects, such as reviving Old South Baton Rouge and creating an economic corridor from Lake Charles to the Northshore.

You can join the Foundation by choosing an individual or corporate membership. Memberships for individuals start at just $100 per year. A description of the various levels the Foundation offers is below.





The Baton Rouge Area Foundation is currently making improvements to the credit card processing in our web site, which while under construction leaves us unable to request some of the additional information necessary to complete your membership donation. As a result, you may receive an email from a member of our Donor Services team requesting how you would like your name listed in our Annual Report. If you prefer, you may email this information directly to Helen Lowery at hlowery@braf.org when your transaction is complete. These limitations are temporary and we apologize for any inconvenience.



Signature Level 1 ($100-$499)
Signature Level 1 members receive our monthly e-newsletter, an annual report, Currents and an invitation to our annual meeting.

Signature Level 2 ($500-$999)
Signature Level 2 members receive Level 1 benefits plus our special edition Currents.

Signature Level 3 ($1,000-$2,499)
Signature Level 3 members receive Level 2 benefits plus an invitation to our Annual Insider's briefing.

Founders Forum Level 1 ($2,500-$4,999)
Founders Forum Level 1 members receive an invitation to our annual Founders Forum event along with all benefits of Signature Membership.

Founders Forum Level 2 ($5,000-$9,999)
In addition to Level 1 benefits, members are invited to attend our annual Community Forecasting event.

Partners in Civic Advancement ($10,000)
In addition to all Founders Forum benefits, members are invited to attend two breakfasts at which civic projects are discussed and shaped.
