Mr. Davies has led the Foundation since 1988. During his tenure, assets have grown from $5 million to $574 million and grants have surpassed $400 million.
William E. Balhoff, Vice Chair
Mr. Balhoff is managing director and CEO of Postlethwaite & Netterville. He joined P&N in 1976 and became a director in 1986. He was chairman of the American Institute of CPAs for 2013-2014.
Francis C. Jumonville Jr., Treasurer
Mr. Jumonville is secretary and treasurer for Airtrol. He serves on the E.J. and Marjory B. Ourso Family Foundation, a supporting organization of the Foundation. He is a member of the boards of Catholic High School Foundation and the Vision 21 Foundation.
Annette D. Barton, Secretary
Ms. Barton worked in the trust department of Bank One before retiring. She serves as membership chair of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. Her father, John Barton, was among the lead founders of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation in 1964.
C. Kris Kirkpatrick, Past Chair
Mr. Kirkpatrick is a founding member of Long Law Firm. He has been involved with governmental relations and public policy for more than 30 years. He served as both legislative assistant and administrative assistant to U.S. Sen. Russell B. Long from 1979 to 1987.

Ms. Terrell Joseph is an attorney with McGlinchey Stafford. Her public service includes Foundation for Excellence in Louisiana Public Broadcasting, Arts Council and Capital Area United Way.
B. Eugene Berry, MD
Dr. Berry practiced at CVT Surgery Center. He was a United States Naval Flight Surgeon and is a holder of the Air Medal, Vietnam. He earned a medical degree from Tulane School of Medicine in 1964.
Mark C. Drennen
Mark Drennen joined Cornerstone Government Affairs in 2008. He was the commissioner of administration for Gov. Mike Foster and, before that, served as CEO and president of Public Affairs Research Council.
Donna D. Fraiche
Ms. Fraiche is an attorney with Baker Donelson. She is president of the Louisiana Supreme Court Historical Society and was the Louisiana Recovery Authority delegate to the Louisiana Health Care Redesign Collaborative chartered to develop and oversee the blueprint for health care policy in Louisiana.

Mr. Franklin is founder and owner of Franklin Associates, a marketing, planning and project management firm. He was executive director of Mid City Redevelopment Alliance.
Rose J. Hudson
Ms. Hudson has been CEO and president of The Louisiana Lottery Corp. since 2006. She is a member of LSU’s E. J. Ourso College of Business Hall of Distinction.
Raymond A. Jetson
Mr. Jetson is pastor of Star Hill Church. He founded Metromorphosis, a nonprofit that takes on projects to transform urban areas from within. Mr. Jetson was CEO of the Louisiana Family Recovery Corps and served in the Louisiana House of Representatives for more than 15 years.
Kevin F. Knobloch
Mr. Knobloch is managing director with Wells Fargo Advisors. His public service includes Louisiana Art and Science Museum and the St. Joseph’s Academy Foundation.
John "Jay" Noland Jr.
Mr. Noland is an attorney and real estate developer with Noland Development. He was an attorney at Taylor Porter for nine years. He serves on the boards of the Center for Planning Excellence and Episcopal High School.
R. Ryland Percy III
Mr. Percy is senior managing partner in Percy Lanoux Mumphrey. He retired as a rear admiral from the U.S. Navy after 36 years of active and reserve service. He is a board member of River Parishes Community College Foundation.
